Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued using the same method used for payment — as we currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be arranged through direct bank transfer or another suitable method communicated to you via email.
Non-Returnable Items
